How it works
A clear path from first call to sold
Here’s what happens at each stage, who does what, and where you can get help.
- 1
Onboarding
After you join the pilot, a member of our team contacts you to understand your property, your timing and the help you want.
We then send your onboarding steps. Identity checks and property documents are collected through a secure process — never by email, and never on this website.
- 2
Preparing your listing
You write your listing with our guidance: photos, features, a description in your own words, and the price or price guide you choose.
If you’d like help, we can introduce you to photographers and other professionals.
- 3
Approval
Every listing is reviewed before it’s published. We check it’s complete and clear, and come back to you if anything needs changing.
Your listing goes live only once you and we have approved it.
- 4
Buyer enquiries
Buyers enquire through the listing. Each enquiry stays linked to your property, so you can see who has asked what, and when.
We never share your personal contact details with buyers unless you ask us to.
- 5
Inspections
You choose open-home times, and buyers can request a private inspection.
A request isn’t a booking: a time is only confirmed once it has been agreed with you.
- 6
Progressing your sale
You receive and consider offers, and you decide. We don’t negotiate or accept offers on your behalf.
Your conveyancer or solicitor prepares the contract and any required disclosure, and guides you through to settlement.
